Finely turned vessel, with ultra-thin walls and a gentle, natural yet distinctive deformation — the result of careful, slow drying.

LIO.06 was turned from a single piece of reclaimed wood — destined to become firewood — sourced from a local sawmill’s offcut pile.

The organic shape arises where the trunk splits into two, forming a junction with three heart centers. This intersection creates subtle internal tensions that guide the form, giving the piece its unique vitality and sensual presence.

Smoothly sanded inside and out, its blackened surface reveals warm brown undertones, while deep smoking inside brings out rich tonal variations.

The exterior has a silky, lustrous sheen, enhancing the quiet elegance of the form.

Smoked and ebonised oak. Walnut oil and beeswax.
