A subtle irregularity along the rim and a single knot in the grain draw the eye, grounding the vessel in the living history of the tree. Smoked to soften and deepen its tone, the oak reveals gentle, unsaturated hues across its surface. Finished with natural oil and wax, the piece feels understated, tactile, and serene. Its form is wide and low, opening outward in quiet simplicity. Turned from oak, sourced as an offcut from a local sawmill.
